Summary
The Administrative Assistant will handle all administrative / operational functions for their location, on their assigned shift. This position reports to the local RLC Manager or OSM. Duties include, but are not limited to: daily production data entry, processing Bills of Lading, invoicing, communicating with vendors, directing and controlling the flow of drivers, and communicating with customers.

Education and/or Experience
Language Skills
Must be able to speak, read, and write in English fluently. Spanish fluency is a plus in many locations. Excellent oral and written communication skills needed. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business publications, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural instruction manuals. Ability to respond to questions from warehouse personnel, clients, customers, and the general public.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Willingness to work through employee relations issues.
Other Skills and Abilities
Proficient in use of MS Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) required. Expected to be comfortable with technology, generally. Desire and ability to provide excellent customer service to all levels of the organization as well as to visitors and customers.

Hourly pay is dependent on experience and other variables, but this is our starting target range.
