About the Position: The Vice President of Operations is responsible for leading the field operations and project management teams driving operational excellence, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring the successful execution of commercial construction projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of fifteen years of experience in the commercial construction industry, with at least five years of experience in a leadership role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, construction software systems and technology. Financial acumen and experience in budget management. Proven track record in strategic operational planning, functional leader, and project management. Excellent leadership and team building skills, with a track record of developing and managing high performing teams. Exhibits adaptability and strong problem-solving capabilities, essential for navigating changing circumstances and challenges. Experienced with a high growth organization. Healthcare and sensitive occupied facility construction experience is a plus.
