About the Position:

Hiring for a Construction Manager, with a wealth of interior construction/design-build millwork experience, responsible to oversee the completion of the design refresh for corporate clients. This is a client facing role that travels 50% of the time and works collaboratively with franchise owners, trades, subcontractors, building officials, and other team member. This position will work on the job-site and work-from-home, based on the project schedule, overseeing the total construction efforts to ensure the projects are constructed as planned. The Construction Manager will actively participate in the development of the construction project scope, budget, and schedule.

Requirements:

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field of study.

4+ years of Design-build construction experience.

4+ years of experience overseeing subcontractors and driving project schedules.

4+ years of experience dealing direct with clients.

Understanding of all phases of construction as well as construction documents, schedules, and budgets.

Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch-up, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
